Welcome our gift to the festivities - a recipe for incredibly delicious and extremely fashionable Banana Minion Cupcakes baked in our blue paper molds.

Banana Minion Cupcakes recipe

Beat 100 g of butter and 150 of sugar together. Slowly add 2 eggs beating well after addition. Mash three bananas with a fork and then add to the mixture. At last, add dry ingredients - 250 g of flour followed by 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of baking soda (or baking powder). Mix well.

Pour the cake batter into cupcake paper molds filling them about 2/3 full, and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

While the cupcakes are baking in the oven, make some cream and chocolate fudge for the decor.

Cream recipe

Beat the butter and slowly add in 20 g of icing sugar followed by 20 g of butter. Remove the products from the fridge a few hours in advance to allow them to come up to room temperature.

Fondant recipe

Ingredients - 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until bubbles appear but do not boil. Add chocolate chips and stir until combined. Then add honey, stir again and let the fondant cool.

Add a personalized touch to cupcakes by decorating them with cream and fondant.
