Pavlov cream cake with berries: a proven recipe

Is there a perfect cake? Delicious, refined and easy for the figure? It seems so! And today we offer you a cake recipe that has become a world sensation. This is Pavlov's famous cake. Lush as a spring flower, weightless as a feather, unsurpassed in taste and less caloric than other desserts.

To make Pavlov's cake, you will need egg whites, powdered sugar and sugar, all in the amount of 120 g, a little vanilla extract and a tablespoon of lemon juice - these are for cakes. For the cream - 300g of heavy cream (not less than 30% fat), 50g of sugar or powdered sugar and a tablespoon of lemon juice. And also - seasonal berries: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blueberries.

Don't forget about pastry bags. They will greatly facilitate the process of forming cakes from a tender egg whites mass and help to beautifully decorate the cake with a lush, light cream. By the way, you can buy quality confectionery bags with delivery in our online store.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Use a pencil to draw two circles about 22 cm in diameter. Preheat oven to 100 degrees Celsius. Beat the egg whites with salt on medium speed. Gradually add sugar and then powdered sugar to the protein mass and beat at a higher speed until you get a thick shiny mass that holds its shape well. At the end, add lemon juice.

Place the mass in a pastry bag and place it on the drawn circles. The edges of the cakes should be slightly higher than the middle. Bake for a half an hour. The cakes will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cool completely. Beat the cream products well, and place on a cake with a pastry bag. Decorate the cake with berries.

Bon appetit!
